Retail/Store Manager (Senior Position)

We are looking for a result-driven Retail / Store Manager, to be responsible for the overall store management and retail management. Given the vast responsibilities of a Retail Store Manager, several skills and qualifications are required to be effective in this role, including:

The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively, as well as the following:

• Ability to operate basic business software programs

• Manage online store and Marketing

• Customer feedback and support

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration will be market-related and based on qualifications and experience.
